Returns - Exchange - Store Credit - Gifts Card Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with hang tag remaining on the item, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shopdscouture@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. A store credit will be sent to your email in the form of a gift card/promo code. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. No returns on sale items! Only in cases where we cancel your order due to the item being sold out, we issue a cash/credit card refund.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Most clothing, shoes, and accessories cannot be returned. No returns or exchanges allowed for the following items:
- Final Sale items
- Items with scents, deodorant and signs of wear
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
- White/Cream clothing
Note: We do not accept returns on sale items.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are treated as returns. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we can arrange for an exchange. Exchanges must be done within 3 business days. If an exchange cannot be done, a store credit will be issued and the request will be treated as a returned item.
STORE CREDIT
We only issue a store Credit on return items. Once the items are returned , a store credit will be sent via email as a promo code to enter at checkout for your next purchase.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are used within one (1) year from purchase date.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
Gift Cards are not refundable, store credit only.
CASH PAYMENT
Cash payment is available for Nassau orders only. Same-day orders are eligible for cash payments and pickup.
ORDER CANCELATION
Please note, orders will be canceled if pickup arrangements are not completed or if we are unable to reach you for contact.
