Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed locally before 12pm are delivered same day between 5pm-8pm.

Orders placed locally after 12pm are processed and delivered the next business day between 5pm-8pm. 

Family Island orders depend on when the order is purchased and schedule of the next available mailboat shipment or flight.

2. Can I order online & make pick-up arrangements?
Yes, you can. Select the pick up option at checkout and please send a email to customerservice@shopdscouture.com to arrange pickup.

3. I no longer want my order. Can I get a refund?
We do NOT issue refunds if you wish to cancel your order. We provide store credit only.

Please ensure you 100% want the item before purchasing. It is your responsibility to make sure when the order is delivered, to email customer service that you no longer want your items.

If you have already received your items you have 3 business days to make the return. (PLEASE RETURN ITEMS IN THE PACKAGE YOU RECEIVE THEM IN AND TAG REMAINS ON THE ITEMS. ONCE TAG IS REMOVED, THE ITEMS CAN NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED)

4. How long will it take to receive my store credit?
Once your order is returned and processed, allow 2 business days to receive your credit. Once we receive the returned item(s) it takes up to two days to receive your credit via email as a GIFT CARD promo code.

5. Why was my order canceled?

  • Item is no longer available.
  • Fraudulent purchase.
  • Pickup arrangements were not completed or we were unable to reach you for contact."

Only in cases where we cancel your order due to the item being sold out, we issue a cash/credit card refund.

6. What happens to the delivery fee if I cancel my order?
The delivery fee is non-refundable and must be paid if the order is canceled upon arrival.
